Return or exchange your pair within 3 days of delivery for any reason, with no extra fees — return shipping is on us.
Days 4–7
After the Golden Guarantee, returns and exchanges are accepted up to 7 days from delivery. Shipping fees during this period are paid by the customer.
Return conditions
Shoes must be unworn outdoors, clean, and in original condition with no signs of use; in the original, undamaged box with all accessories and tags; with your order number. Items damaged by misuse are not accepted.
How to request
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will arrange the pickup.
Exchanges
Exchanges for another size or color depend on stock availability. If the replacement is unavailable, you receive a full refund.
Refunds
Once the pair is received and inspected, the refund is transferred to your bank account within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank.
Defective or incorrect items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
