Shipping & Delivery
Clear delivery details from order confirmation to your door.
Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 7–14 business days from order confirmation. Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays.
Order processing
We prepare your order and hand it to the carrier after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on a public holiday begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping fees
Shipping costs 25 SAR. Shipping is free when the shoes subtotal is 500 SAR or more. The final shipping fee is always shown at checkout before you place your order.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we send the tracking number by email or WhatsApp so you can follow the shipment.
Shipping carriers
We use approved shipping carriers. Delivery schedules and delivery attempts are also subject to the selected carrier’s terms and procedures.
Possible delays
Delivery times are estimates. Peak seasons, public holidays, weather, or carrier procedures may cause delays beyond our control. If this happens, we will keep you informed and follow up on the shipment.
Accurate delivery details
Please provide a correct address and mobile number. Incorrect or incomplete details may delay delivery, and a new shipping fee may apply if the order must be sent again.
Delivery attempts
If the carrier cannot reach you after its delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us. A new shipping fee may apply to send it again.
Receiving your order
Please inspect the package when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.
